Dealing with Lead

RRP Training at TRIP 

TRIP will be hosting a Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) training at our office at 415 River Street on Tuesday, June 25th from 8 AM – 5 PM.  Training will be provided by Cornell Cooperative Extension Albany County and will include a continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and course manuals & materials.  Upon successful completion of the course, participants are EPA-certified renovators, enabling them to meet the federal EPA RRP rule that applies to contractors, painters, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, window replacers, roofers, and landlords working in homes or facilities built before 1978.

Please note that code officers successfully completing this training will receive 8 CEUs.
