Our vision is to foster the development of Troy as a dynamic city of thriving neighborhoods providing a variety of housing choices and accommodating a diverse population.TRIP accomplishes this by providing opportunities for people to access decent, safe, affordable housing – whether through helping them achieve home ownership or by renting one of our apartments — and by working in partnership with neighborhood residents and others to create vibrant communities.
